  The number of Sunriver Resort rooms available for conference attendees is limited, with an estimated three rooms available for each local and Tribal public health agency; please contact your organization's administrator to coordinate.
  
  Call the Sunriver Resort at 855-420-8206 and identify yourself as attending the OR-Epidimiologists meeting to reserve a standard guest room at per-diem rate ($126 + taxes, resort fee waived).
