In promotion of integrating behavioral and physical health, the Oregon Health Authority is transitioning Medicaid-funded addictions and mental health residential treatment to coordinated care organizations (CCOs). Residential treatment services are an essential part of a community's continuum of care. OHA is committed to building strong partnerships between CCOs, community mental hea​lth programs (CMHPs), people in recovery/consumers, and residential treatment providers. Comprising representatives from all four, the Residential Treatment System Transition Advisory group will advise the Oregon Health Authority throughout the transition process.
