Overview

Measures and Outcomes Tracking System (MOTS) is a comprehensive electronic data system used by behavioral health service providers targeting:

  • Improved Care
  • Controlled Costs
  • Shared Information

Timeline

MOTS Implementation Estimated Timelines:

  • Client Entry data must be entered by 8-1-2014
  • Reports Functionality available Fall 2014
  • Phase 2 Functionality including duplicate client identification, merge, and assorted enhancements available February 2015

Extension to Deadline for MOTS Incentives for Data Submission:

The revised deadline for data submission to MOTS is Friday, August 29, 2014.



All Agencies Must Register!

The first step to submitting data to this new system is for all behavioral health providers to register and set up their profiles.

3 Things you need to do before you register: 

 

  1. Obtain an Oregon Medicaid Provider Number if you don't already have one (Complete Forms 3113 & 3974
  2. Determine who will be your agency system administrator (Checklist of responsibilities and duties Also see the MOTS System Administrator User Guide
