Overview

Measures and Outcomes Tracking System    (MOTS) is a comprehensive electronic data system used by behavioral health service providers targeting:

  • Improved Care
  • Controlled Costs
  • Shared Information

Timeline

MOTS Implementation Estimated Timelines:

  • Reports Functionality available mid-2015

Thank you for your efforts in getting data submitted in 2014!

In 2015, we want you to improve the quality of your data by doing the following:

1. Double-check your data for accuracy prior to submitting

2. Submit clients who are in draft status

3. Update your status data at least every 90 days and submit non-Medicaid Services every 30 days

Note: All existing MOTS Facilities must have a unique Medicaid Provider ID (Complete Forms 3113 & 3974 if you need to request additional provider IDs)
