ATR represents major system change for addiction services
This year marks the third cycle of competitive grants for states, tribal organizations and territories. Thirty awards were announced this year, including Oregon's project. The goals of the program are to expand capacity, support client choice, and increase the array of faith-based and community based providers for clinical treatment and recovery support services
This discretionary grant program represents a major system change for addiction services. ATR is a four-year initiative.
