Children's System Advisory Committee (CSAC)
The Children's System Advisory Committee was established in 2005 as a permanent committee of the Planning and Management Advisory Council (PAMAC). In 2013 the Council structure was modified with this Committee reporting directly to the director of AMH, and advisory to the AMH Planning and Advisory Council (AMHPAC). This committee provides oversight of children's mental health system planning, coordination, policy development, fiscal development and evaluation of service delivery/functioning. The committee also addresses specialized issues and services for transition age youth and young adults.
The Children's System Advisory Committee membership includes representatives from child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, education, Coordinated Care Organizations, addictions treatment, family members, youth, advocates and providers.
