MAP rule changes
After many thoughtful discussions with Residential Transition Stakeholder Advisory Group, the recommendation is to keep individuals in their "home" CCO when in out-of-area treatment.
OHA is revising OHP rule (410-141-3065) "CCO enrollment requirements for individuals receiving residential mental health or substance use disorder treatment services" to include residential treatment services.
OHA is adopting a new OHP OAR rule number 410-141-3066.
OHA is revising OHP OAR 410-141-3165 Integration and Care Coordination for the transition of residential care services to CCOs.
OHA is revising General Rules OAR 410-120-0000 and 410-120-1210
to include residential services in OHP benefit coverage.
AMH rule changes
AMH will revise current licensing OARs rules governing the roles and responsibilities related to the residential system of care to align with the transition of the residential benefit to CCOs. The OARs will be written so that specific roles and responsibilities will be directed back to OHA, or our designee.

Residential care facilities for mentally or emotionally disturbed persons OARs.
