Percutaneous Interventions for Cervical Spine Pain
HERC will review the draft coverage guidance and consider related Prioritized List changes on 3/12/2015.
HERC discussed the draft coverage guidance and will continue discussion of this topic and prioritized list changes at its March 12, 2015 meeting.
HERC discussed the draft coverage guidance and referred it back to VbBS for consideration of prioritization changes.
VbBS reviewed the draft coverage guidance and staff recommendations for Prioritized List Changes and will continue discussion at its November 13, 2014 meeting.
HTAS reviewed public comments and heard public testimony on the draft coverage guidance, made revisions, and referred it to the VbBS and HERC for implementation and approval The VbBS will review the draft coverage guidance at its meeting on 8/14/2014.

comment. The public comment period ends at 8 a.m. Pacific Time on June 9, 2014.
The HTAS reviewed the draft coverage guidance, and made
revisions and requested that the draft be posted for public comment.
