At OHA, we believe that we achieve the best outcomes for clients and communities when we have a diverse and culturally competent workforce. Our goal is to develop a workforce that reflects the people who are served by OHA programs (race, language and country of origin).
This diversity can be represented by ethnicity, gender, age, disability status, geographic region, and a host of other experiences or educational backgrounds.
OHA has provided leadership in hiring a diverse workforce. We acknowledge, however, that we have much more to do. Our primary goal is to make the agency, its services and workforce more welcoming and more effective in service to all people in Oregon
