Steps to Enroll in the Oregon HCI Registry
Note/disclaimer: Enrolling in the Oregon Health Care Interpreter Registry does not confer Qualified or Certified Health Care Interpreter status. The State makes no claims as to the competence of registered health care interpreters who are not Qualified or Certified.
- Review the following important documents relating to health care interpreting:
- Complete the Oregon Health Care Interpreter Registry Enrollment Application:
- Print and complete a paper copy of the Registry application.

- Online Registry Enrollment. Note: Payment for online Registry enrollment must be made with a credit card.
Note: The online Registry Enrollment Application is temporarily unavailable. Please submit all HCI Registry applications by mail until further notice.
- For paper applications, mail the completed Registry Enrollment Application along with a check or money order for $25 made payable to OHA/OEI to the following address:
