Eligibility and Enrollment
The eligibility for insurance under the Oregon Homecare Insurance Program (OHIP) is determined by a Collective Bargaining Agreement between SEIU Local 503, OPEU and the Oregon Homecare Commission. Homecare workers who meet the eligibility requirements are eligible to enroll themselves and their eligible family members. Although we encourage you to become a Union Member, you do not have to be a member to be eligible to participate in this program.
