The fees that the OSPHL charges for certain laboratory tests changed on March 1, 2014. We notified our clients of these changes in December 2013 and our Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) have been amended to align our fees with the August 2013 Division of Medical Assistance Programs (DMAP) Fee for Service Fee Schedule.
The letter below provides detailed information about the impact of these changes. Public agencies and private non-profit agencies can still apply for waived or reduced testing fees. The reduced rates are similar to the former testing fees. To apply for a reduced or waived fee, review the letter below, then complete the template provided below:
