HAN Password Reset and Account Requests

Password Help or User ID Reminder

Please contact your local Health Alert Network Administrator or email HAN.OREGON@state.or.us for assistance during business hours.

**You must inlcude your name, agency, and phone number in your email request.

**If your password is reset by an administrator, you must change it within 4 hours.

Account Requests:

For HAN and/or HOSCAP system access, you much contact your agency HAN or HOSCAP Administrator. If you require furher assistance or wish to request an account directly through HAN central administration, please email HAN.OREGON@state.or.us

**You must include your name, agency, and phone number in your email request.

Account Changes, Deactivations, and Management:

To deactivate your HAN or HOSCAP account or to change your role or agency, please email HAN.OREGON@state.or.us
