Living Well with Chronic Conditions is a six-week workshop that provides tools for living a healthy life with chronic health conditions such as asthma. Through weekly sessions, the workshop provides support and tools for managing stress, medications, communication with your health care providers, better breathing, and more.

Oregon's Asthma Leadership Plan
The Oregon Asthma Leadership Plan outlines the statewide goals, objectives and strategies needed to address and measure these priority areas. The Leadership Plan is a statewide call for action to achieve positive long-term asthma outcomes and to improve the quality of life for all Oregonians with asthma.

This means achieving better health, better care, and lower health care costs for all Oregonians.
