Immunizations and Vaccines

Some OPDP pharmacies will offer Immunizations and Vaccines (I&V) to OPDP members. Not all pharmacies are equipped to administer all vaccines so ask your pharmacy if they are able to administer the vaccine(s) you need. The vaccines eligible for discounts are:

  • Haemophilus Influenzae​ B (HIB)
  • Hepatitis A & B
  • Human Papillomavirus (HPV)
  • Influenza
  • Japanese Encephalitis
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
  • Meningococcal
  • Pneumococcal (Pneumonia)
  • Polio
  • Rabies
  • Shingles (Herpes Zoster)
  • Tetanus, Diphtheria (Td) and Pertussis (Tdap)
  • Typhoid
  • Varicella (Chicken Pox)
  • Yellow Fever

Generally the vaccine including the administrative fee is$25.00. The fee is equal to that permitted by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for Medicare reimbursement of such services and will change from time to time. However, you will be responsible for the ingredient cost and dispensing fee. The ingredient cost can be viewed by going to "Look up Drug Cost" on this website.

Group Members: If you belong to a group, the vaccinations covered are dependent upon your benefits. To find out if your vaccine is eligible, call Moda 866-923-0411.
