The State of Oregon Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development is a planning requirement of the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) for application and use of three federal programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); HOME Investment Partnerships Program; Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG). The Consolidated Plan furthers the following goals of the program it covers to: provide decent housing; establish and maintain a suitable living environment and; expand economic opportunities for every American, particularly for low- and very low-income persons. The Consolidated Plan is a five year planning document, consisting of the five year plan and annual updates. |
