  • 2015 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA)
    Governor Kitzhaber announces awards to build affordable housing across Oregon

    January 30, 2015 - The 2015 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) applications are now being accepted for the Low Income 9% Housing Tax Credits and the HOME Program funds. The NOFA provides limited grant and tax credit funds in an annual and competitive allocation process. A NOFA training session will be held in Salem, February 11, 2015 at Oregon Department of Veterans Affairs.

    Online Resident Survey

    The State of Oregon is in the process of updating its Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI), the basis for the State’s fair housing planning activities. To supplement a statewide, statistically valid, representative telephone survey, residents have the opportunity to share their housing experiences through an online survey.
