SAVE THE DATE – OHCS NOFA trainings June 21 and June 26
OHCS will be hosting two trainings after the June 17 publication of the 2013 LIHTC and HOME NOFAs. The first training will be June 21 in Portland, and the second training will be June 26 in Eugene. Time and location details posted shortly, after arrangements are solidified. If you would like to attend one of the trainings we ask that you RSVP to Kim.Travis@state.or.us to ensure adequate space for participants. We will be posting training materials online after June 17.

Site Control Threshold for 2012 Consolidated Funding Cycle 
March 1, 2012 - If your project is in the underwriting process for an interim acquisition loan, and you will close on the acquisition before the maturity of your current purchase and sale agreement, the department will consider your application as having met the site control threshold.
Meeting Energy Ratings Under Green Building Programs for 2012 CFC 
February 23, 2012 - Green Building Path for Rehabilitation Projects with 25 or more units.

December 14, 2011 -As part of the 2012 CFC, OHCS requires a third-party site review of acquisition rehabilitation (including preservation) projects.
Green Building Update and Clarification for 2011 CFC 
February 28, 2011 - The current Consolidated Funding Cycle (CFC) Green Building worksheet section for Enterprise Green Communities refers to Exhibit B, which no longer exists in the Green Communities Criteria.
Replacement Reserve Analysis for 2011 CFC 
February 28, 2011 - The purpose of the replacement reserve exercise is to get sponsors focused on their projects' long-term viability as high-quality housing.
Request for Applications (RFA), Existing OHCS Portfolio projects 
January 27, 2011 - The State of Oregon acting by and through its Oregon Housing and Community Services Department ("OHCS") is issueing a Request for Applications ("RFA").
Proposed Term of Affordability for Housing Programs 
January 6, 2011 - Oregon Housing and Community Services is exploring the adoption of a standard long-term affordability period for all projects to which it makes grants or loans.
