12 oz cranberry-raspberry juice
12 oz can or bottle of lemon-lime carbonated beverage
In a pitcher, mix cran-raspberry juice with lemon-lime soda. Pour over ice and serve.
|Cucumber Slide Tackle|
3 quarts water
14 oz package of sugar-free instant lemonade powder
12 oz can white grape juice concentrate
1 lemon sliced
1/2 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
In a pitcher bowl, stir together the water, ice, lemonade powder and grape juice concentrate. Float slices of lemon and cucumber on top.
|Penalty Kick Pina Colada|
1 cup of ice
1 1/4 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons white sugar
In an electric blender, blend ice, pineapple juice, milk, cream, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
|Mystical Grapefruit Mojito|
1/4 ruby or pink grapefruit, cut into small chunks, remove seeds
2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
12 fresh mint leaves, roughly torn
1/2 cup pink grapefruit soda or flavored mineral water
Mint sprigs for garnish
Put the grapefruit pieces, agave and mint in a cocktail shaker. Using a muddler, smash the fruit until the juice is released. Add one cup small ice cubes to the shaker with the half cup soda; attach the lid and shake furiously until combined. Divide between two rocks glasses, add more ice if desired, and top off with additional soda. Stir, garnish with mint sprigs and serve.
