Oregon Off-Road Riders Association (OORRA)

OORRA is an Oregon Not-for-Profit established to provide a cost effective alternative to evaluate youth 15 years and younger.

Our Mission is to train and evaluate youth compliant with Oregon State Law in order to legally ride on public lands within the State of Oregon. This is accomplished through OORRA’s Youth Safety Certification (YSC) Program.

OORRA offers evaluation courses for Class I (Quad), Class III (Motorcycle) and Class IV (Side-by-Side) Vehicles. To register, please e-mail: OregonOffRoadRiders@OORRA.org

Quad (Class I), Motorcycle (Class III), Side-by-side (Class IV) Evaluation Courses

OORRA’s evaluations can range in time from 1 hour up to 4 hours depending on the number of youth that enroll for an evaluation. Additional training can be provided if your child is new or inexperienced.

An OORRA evaluation discusses riding safe, riding smart, and riding ethically.
