County Parks Assistance Advisory Committee Meeting

Project sponsors notified of meeting results.

February 2015
Project priority list approved by OPRD Commission.

State/Local Agreements established with successful project sponsors.

Recent Awards

On November 21, 2011, the County Parks Assistance Advisory Committee reviewed and prioritized ten grant applications for funding based on local need and benefit, planning and public involvement, design (with emphasis on sustainability and accessibility), and funding sources.

On January 25, 2012, the OPRD Commission approved the Committee’s recommendation to award eight counties a total of $512,172 in County Opportunity Grants.
