Conference Information

Join us in Bend for the 2018 Oregon Heritage Conference! This conference brings together people who love and work with Oregon's heritage. Designed to be interdisciplinary, the conference focuses on all sectors of cultural heritage, such as historic preservation, museums, archives, libraries, historic cemeteries, main street organizations, and local and state government.

The conference home base will be the Deschutes Historical Museum but we will be incorporating conference sessions and events in locations throughout Downtown Bend.

The Oregon Heritage Excellence Awards Banquet will be held in the historic Great Hall at Sunriver Resort. A reception will be at the High Desert Museum before the banquet.

Each year, the Oregon Heritage Commission brings together the leaders and volunteer organizers of the historic preservation, heritage, historic cemeteries, landmark commissions, historic trails, main streets, and historical societies in Oregon. We host two events: The Oregon Heritage Conference and the Heritage Excellence Awards.

We invite you to be a visible supporter of these events this year by becoming a sponsor. Your sponsorship will put you in a positive spotlight, and bring you recognition as a supporter of the Oregon heritage community. We expect about 300 registrants from around the state.

There are many levels of sponsorship to choose from, ranging from a session sponsor to conference program sponsor to a plenary speaker sponsor or awards dinner sponsor. Below you will find the description for each sponsor level and benefits in addition to a sponsor commitment form.

Questions about sponsorship can be directed to Katie Henry at Katie.Henry@oregon.gov or (503) 986-0671.
