Thouvenel, Mariam O., Ed. and Lovena S. Palmer. History of Gilliam County. 1952. 43 pages.
Publication provides a brief overview of the development of Gilliam County in the first section, that borrows heavily from The History of Central Oregon.  The second section is a collection of oral histories collected and compiled by Lovena Palmer.  Topics are varied throughout the sections.
