Listed below are volunteer applications to get you started.

Hosts
If you're interested in becoming a park host and you have never served as a host in our state park system before, you can download the NEW HOST application [60KB pdf].
 
If you have served with us as a host before, THANK-YOU!  We ask that you submit a renewal host application each calendar year.  Please download the RETURNING HOST application [48KB pdf].

To be considered for all hosting positions at any park location, please send your signed and dated application to:

Adopt-a-park

If you´re interested in the Adopt-a-Park program, download the Adopt-a-Park interest form [72 KB Acrobat], fill it out, and send it to the address listed below.  If you have any questions, would like to discuss your group, project or the Oregon State Parks system, contact Tammy Baumann  by email or by phone at (503) 986-0751.  Please send your completed Adopt-A-Park Interest Form to:
