OrDocs Classification
This is a list of current state agencies and boards, plus quasi- and joint-bodies, with their corresponding Ordocs classification stems. The list is long, but not exhaustive; e.g., some (but not all) agency divisions are included, based on the extent of their publishing;  most boards and commissions are included, except for the many agricultural product commissions.  This resource is not intended as a list of authorized state agency names, since the entries are inverted to the first significant word.  The Library of Congress authority file on OCLC is the best source for authorized name headings, since the Oregon State Library and University of Oregon are actively adding records to that source.
