Ready to Read
Ready to Read is a grant program that distributes state general funds to legally established public libraries in Oregon. Libraries may use the Ready to Read grant to fund early literacy services for young children 0-6 years old and/or summer reading programs for youth 0-14 years old. The State Library sends Ready to Read grant applications to directors of all eligible libraries in July every year.
