DESCRIPTIVE VIDEOS

DVDs slanted 2.jpgDescriptive Videos are regular feature films with an additional audio narration track that describes the visual elements of the movie - the action, characters, locations, costumes, and sets - without interfering with the movie's dialogue or sound effects.

These videos can be played using a DVD or VHS player.  Talking Books does not provide or loan any DVD players, VCRs, or TVs; users must have their own equipment.

Descriptive Videos are offered in two formats: DVD and VHS.

You can also browse and request specific titles through our Online Catalog.
