On January 5, 2014 at approximately 10:19 a.m., a 2000 Ford Expedition driven by MARCOS MUNIZ-STRONG, age 31, from Siletz, was traveling on Highway 229 near milepost 28 when MUNIZ-STRONG lost control on icy road conditions.
