Two people were arrested Thursday by detectives from the interagency Rogue Area Drug Enforcement (RADE) team following the execution of a search warrant in Wolf Creek in Josephine County. Detectives seized more than 15 firearms, heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, and other evidence related to the ongoing investigation.

According to Oregon State Police Sergeant Jim Johnson, on January 24, 2013, RADE detectives served the search warrant in the 3600 block of Leland Road in Wolf Creek and arrested SKY ANTHONY SHIPMAN, age 34, and KAYLA MARIE DONNERSBACH, age 22. Detectives seized approximately 4 ounces of heroin, half ounce of methamphetamine, 15 pounds of marijuana, a handgun and rifle both with silencer-type attachments, fourteen other handgun and long-barrel firearms, and other evidence.

During the investigation at the residence, two traffic stops were conducted that resulted in the total seizure of 2 pounds of marijuana, small amounts of heroin and methamphetamine, a handgun and other evidence. No arrests were made associated with the traffic stops because those investigations are continuing.

SHIPMAN and DONNERSBACH were both lodged in the Josephine County Jail on the following charges:

* Unlawful Manufacture, Possession, and Distribution of Controlled Substance - Heroin
* Unlawful Manufacture, Possession, and Distribution of Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine
* Unlawful Manufacture, Possession, and Distribution of Controlled Substance - Marijuana
* Possession of a Silencer (2 counts)

RADE was assisted by the OSP Drug Enforcement Section HIT team, OSP Criminal Investigation Division, OSP and Josephine County Probation drug detection canines, and OSP troopers from Grants Pass and Klamath Falls offices.

Anyone with information regarding suspicious drug activity or marijuana growing operations is encouraged to call the RADE tip line at (541) 955-6970.
