Update: Two Arrested In Ongoing Forgery Investigation in Klamath Falls

Oregon State Police (OSP) arrested two suspects Tuesday afternoon on multiple charges related to an ongoing fraudulent check forging operation in Klamath County. The arrests are in reference to a previous OSP news release on January 15, 2013 regarding the investigation at this link:
On January 29, 2013, Oregon State Police (OSP) detectives arrested ANNA M. RODRIGUEZ, age 46, and FREDERICK LEE VIERRIA, age 35 on the following charges:
* 14 counts of Identity Theft
* 6 counts of Theft in the First Degree
* 5 counts of Forgery in the First Degree
* 9 counts of Forgery in the Second Degree
* 5 counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the First Degree
* 9 counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the Second Degree
* Criminal Possession of a Forgery Device
* 14 counts of Computer Crime
VIERRIA was also arrested for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Both suspects had outstanding arrest warrants for unrelated charges.
The investigation is continuing and more arrests are expected.
