Your opportunity to submit an application to Oregon State Police (OSP) for several Lateral and Entry level recruit trooper positions ends Wednesday, January 30, at 5:00 p.m. Accepting applications began January 22nd to fill 40 vacant positions during the next year because many long-time troopers have retired over the last few years.
 
Persons interested in applying before Wednesday's 5:00 p.m. deadline should go to the Oregon State Police recruiting website at www.osptrooper.com. The website helps interested applicants learn about the application process and what it takes to successfully apply, and clearly understand our qualifications and what it will take to get a jump on the required Entry Level Testing to be held March 2 and 3. The complete application for employment is comprised of the E-Recruit profile, the supplemental questionnaire, and any required attachments.
