On July 27, 2013 at approximately 9:30 a.m., a Freightliner Semi-Truck and trailer, operated by CRAIG JOHNSON, age 58, from Vancouver Washington, was stopped in the westbound lanes of Highway 224 at a traffic signal near SE Johnson Rd. A bicyclist, LAWRENCE MASCOTTE , age 71, from Portland was westbound on the paved shoulder of Highway 224.
