Lane County Interagency Narcotics Enforcement Team & Florence Police Department Arrest Man For Solicitation of Murder
July 31, 2013


On July 29, 2013, members of Lane County Interagency Narcotics Team (INET) and officers from the Florence Police Department arrested Florence resident Brian Raymond FRELICH after receiving information that FRELICH was attempting to locate someone to kill his ex-wife and her boyfriend.
  After detaining FRELICH, Task Force members conducted a search of his residence at #9 Park Village Loop in Florence, Oregon and seized several firearms along with additional evidence relating to a previous menacing complaint involving a firearm. 
 
Brian Raymond FRELICH was arrested and lodged in the Lane County jail on criminal charges of Menacing, Unlawful Use of a Firearm, and 2 counts of Solicitation to Commit Murder.
 
The Lane County Interagency Narcotics Enforcement Team (INET) is comprised of personnel from the Oregon State Police, Lane County Sheriff’s Office, Lane County Parole and Probation, Eugene Police Department, Springfield Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation and Lane County District Attorney's Office.
