The man was knocked to the ground and ran over by a second southbound vehicle, a 2003 Mazda passenger car driven by AARON E. ESTRADA, age 23, from Roseburg.
The male pedestrian, identified as EVEREST JAMES Mc DONALD, age 34, from Days Creek, Oregon, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Neither involved driver was injured.
