Update #2: Public's Help Sought After Second Person of Interest Identified in Klamath County Homicide Investigation

On Monday, August 28, 2013, the Klamath County Major Crime Team was activated to investigate the death of Mr. Cheng Sio Saechao, age 33. The investigation remains active and the Major Crime Team has identified JAMES COLLINS, age 32, who also goes by the nickname "Cowboy," as a person of interest. Investigators is asking for the public's help to find COLLINS.

COLLINS is 32 years old, approximately 6' 4", about 200 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. He has numerous tattoos, including on his neck and flame tattoos on his left arm. A link to a photograph of COLLINS is provided with this release.

The public is advised not to contact COLLINS. Anyone who has information about the investigation should call Klamath County 9-1-1. Others with information related to this case is asked to call Klamath Falls Police Department at (541) 883-5336 and ask to be connected with the Command Post. The Command Post number is not a media information line.

The Klamath County Major Crime Team is comprised of the Klamath County Sheriff's Office, Klamath Falls Police Department, Oregon State Police, Klamath County Community Corrections, and Klamath County District Attorney's Office.
