Oregon State Police (OSP) is continuing the investigation into Thursday's early morning reported road rage incident and arrest of a 50-year old man on allegations he shot at another motorist along Interstate 5 in the Eugene/Springfield area.
Anyone who may have seen a road rage incident September 27, 2012 at around 6:30 a.m. on Interstate 5 northbound near milepost 188 involving a gold Chevrolet pickup and a dark blue Dodge pickup is asked to contact OSP at (800) 452-7888 or email crimetips2OSP@state.or.us.
Email tips will be monitored by the Criminal Investigation Division, reviewed and then forwarded to the lead investigator, Detective Eli Chambers, for follow-up investigation. Emails should include specific details including the type of case and tip information related to the criminal investigation. Even though tips may be received anonymously, email authors are encouraged to provide contact information for follow-up.
