OSP Fish & Wildlife Division Asking for Public's Help in Illegal Deer Killing Investigation near Falls City

The Oregon State Police (OSP) Fish and Wildlife Division is seeking the public's help to identify the suspects involved with the unlawful killing of a spike deer earlier this month off of Falls City Road near Falls City.

On October 1, 2013, a witness observed a vehicle stop along Falls City Road and a subject from the vehicle fire two rounds across the highway, killing a spike deer. The two subjects inside the vehicle were described as a white male and white female both in their early 20s. The vehicle was described as a red Ford extended-cab pickup with a silver two-tone stripe along the side. It also had a distinctive black tubular shaped "headache rack" behind the pickup's cab.
