Oregon State Police (OSP) Fish & Wildlife Division is asking for the public's help to identify the person responsible for dumping a cardboard box Wednesday morning containing deer heads in a Newport-area parking lot.
On February 18, 2009 at approximately 11:45 a.m. an unknown person reportedly dumped a cardboard box containing two mule deer heads in the parking lot of the Newport Walmart store.
