An investigation by Oregon State Police Drug Enforcement Section (OSP DES) detectives with the assistance of Corvallis Police Department and Benton County Sheriff's Office led to the arrest Thursday evening of a Corvallis man on drug and theft charges. A search warrant served at the man's residence resulted in the seizure of approximately 3 pounds of marijuana, a stolen shotgun, cash, and evidence related to the distribution and possession of marijuana.

During the evening hours of February 28, 2008, OSP DES detectives and officers from Corvallis Police Department and Benton County Sheriff's Office served a search warrant at 206 NE Plymouth Circle in Corvallis. Subsequent to serving the search warrant detectives seized approximately 3 pounds of marijuana, $1,500 cash, a stolen shotgun, and evidence related to the distribution of marijuana. The seized marijuana has an estimated value of $10,000.

  • Unlawful Possession of Marijuana
