LINT Investigation Leads to 3 Arrests on Heroin Charges in Lincoln City

An investigation by the Lincoln Interagency Narcotics Team (LINT) related to the possession and delivery of heroin resulted in the arrest earlier this month of three people at a Lincoln City apartment complex.
On March 7, 2009 at about 1:00 a.m. LINT detectives and officers from the Lincoln City Police Department served a narcotics-related search warrant at Unit #408 of the West Devils Lake Apartment complex in Lincoln City. Detectives found inside the apartment a quantity of suspected heroin, marijuana and various prescription drugs. The following two suspects were arrested at the apartment:
  • STEPHANIE FAYE MARKHAM, age 29, was lodged in Lincoln County Jail for Unlawful Possession and Distribution of a Controlled Substance to wit: Heroin, and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.
  • TYLER WALKER LONGFELLOW, age 20, was lodged in Lincoln County Jail for Unlawful Possession and Delivery of a Controlled Substance to wit: Heroin.
A third person contacted at the apartment complex identified as SAHAH DEIHL, age 20, was taken into custody for Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance/Heroin.
The investigation is continuing.
