Following an investigation and Grand Jury review into an August 17, 2008 fatal traffic crash on Highway 26 north of Madras that resulted in the death of a Clackamas-area woman and injuries to six others, Oregon State Police (OSP) troopers arrested a Prineville man Saturday morning on multiple charges.
On April 25, 2009 at approximately 9:00 a.m. OSP Senior Trooper Jed Rzegocki and Senior Trooper Scott Vaughn arrested TODD A. RHODEN, age 45, at his Prineville home after he was indicted by a Jefferson County Grand Jury on the following charges:

Aggravated Vehicular Homicide

Criminally Negligent Homicide
-
Manslaughter in the Second Degree
-
5 counts of Assault in the Third Degree

Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants
RHODEN was lodged at the Crook County Jail with a bail at $250,000.
The arrest stemmed from a fatal traffic crash on August 17, 2008 at approximately 10:00 p.m. that resulted in the death of ELIZABETH JEAN DUKE, age 38, from Clackamas. Six others including RHODEN were injured.
