Oregon State Police detectives arrested a former Coffee Creek Correctional Facility corrections officer Tuesday morning on two charges related to unlawful sexual contact with a female inmate.
On May 19, 2009 at approximately 8:00 a.m. OSP Detective Patti Rhodes and Detective Jon Harrington arrested DARCY AARON MACKNIGHT, age 29, at his southeast Portland residence on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by a Washington County Circuit Court judge for Custodial Sexual Misconduct in the First Degree and Official Misconduct in the First Degree.

The investigation was presented before a Washington County Grand Jury which subsequently indicted MACKNIGHT on the two crimes.
