Oregon State Police (OSP) troopers are continuing the investigation into Thursday afternoon's motorcycle crash on Highway 211 east of Woodburn that resulted in the death of a 63-year old Clackamas-area man at a Portland hospital.
According to OSP Trooper Raymond Henschel, on May 19, 2011 at approximately 3:20 p.m. a 2005 Suzuki motorcycle operated by WAYNE ROBERT INSTENES, age 63, from Clackamas, was westbound on Highway 211 near milepost 4. According to witnesses, for an undetermined reason INSTENES lost control and the motorcycle traveled to the left across the eastbound lane and into a ditch.
