| Update: Victim Identified - Fatal Vehicle / Pedestrian Hit & Run Crash south of Ashland |

Oregon State Police, with the assistance of the Jackson County Medical Examiner, have positively identified the deceased female pedestrian involved in Wednesday morning's fatal hit and run crash on Interstate 5 south of Ashland. Investigators identified the victim as TERYL COLLINS, age 51, from Ashland.
OSP troopers are still continuing the investigation and have not developed any new information to identify the vehicle that struck COLLINS.
