RONALD MITCHELL, age 51, is wanted out of Sacramento, California regarding a double shooting that occurred on July 16, 2008 at 12:50 a.m. at 3615 43rd Street. MITCHELL is described as a black male, 5'9", and 210 pounds. He has a violent history and is armed with a handgun.
MITCHELL was last seen in a black 2003 Ford Ranger pickup displaying California disabled plate 7757C DP.
