Boise Man Convicted Related to Ontario Home Invasion Robbery Investigation

A suspect arrested in connection with a November 2007 Ontario-area home invasion robbery and a burglary of a separate unoccupied house was found guilty today in Malheur County Circuit Court on four different felony charges.

State, county and city police agencies in Oregon and Idaho were involved in the investigation of a home invasion robbery on November 22, 2007 at 3991 Highway 201 in Ontario. On March 6, 2008, Idaho State Police arrested ANDREW AARON TUCKER, age 39, from Boise, and lodged him in Ada County Jail as a Fugitive from Justice based upon an Oregon arrest warrant.
According to Malheur County District Attorney Dan Norris, TUCKER was found guilty following a one-week trial on the following charges:
  • Burglary in the First Degree
  • Burglary in the Second Degree
  • Robbery in the Second Degree
  • Aggravated Theft
Sentencing is being scheduled for a later date. Other arrests may be made in the future related to this investigation.
