On July 9, 2011 at approximately 10:43 p.m. an OSP trooper was northbound on Interstate 205 near Airport Way when a white 2000 Buick Regal was spotted passing several vehicles and the trooper at a high rate of speed in the left lane. The trooper attempted to overtake the car to stop it as speeds were near 120 mph. The car was driven recklessly across the Interstate 205 Glenn Jackson Bridge into Washington State. Washington State Patrol was notified to assist OSP.

The Buick took the westbound Mill Plain exit and continued recklessly until OSP lost sight of it in the area of NE Fourth Plain Road. While in Washington, the vehicle driven by MIXON was involved in a hit and run traffic crash. An area search with the help of Vancouver Police Department and Washington State Patrol failed to find the car or MIXON.

Anyone with information regarding the location of JONTAE RAYDALE MIXON is asked to call OSP Northern Command Center dispatch at (503) 731-3030.
