Oregon State Police (OSP) Fish & Wildlife Division troopers are asking for the public's help to help identify the suspect(s) responsible for the unlawful taking and wasting of a buck deer in the City of Burns.
According to Senior Trooper Randy Caldwell, the dead buck was discovered September 10, 2011 near East Jefferson and Cedar Streets in Burns and is believed to have been killed Friday night.
Anyone with information regarding this investigation is asked to contact the OSP Burns work site at (541) 573-6132. With the support of the Oregon Hunters Association, a reward is being offered by the Turn-in-Poacher (T.I.P.) reward program.
