OSP Traffic Stop in Klamath Falls Leads to nearly 5 lbs of Methamphetamine, Three Arrests

A September 4, 2011 traffic stop by an Oregon State Police (OSP) trooper in the Klamath Falls area led to the total seizure of nearly 5 lbs of methamphetamine, firearms and the arrest of 3 men.  The follow up investigation involved personnel from the OSP Drug Enforcement and Major Crimes sections and Drug Enforcement Administration personnel from Medford.
The initial traffic stop on September 4th occurred on Highway 66 leading to the seizure of approximately 1 1/2 pounds of methamphetamine, six firearms, and the arrest of two people.
Information related to the first traffic stop and the follow up investigation led to the arrest of 3 people on September 13th when investigators seized 3 more pounds of methamphetamine delivered to Klamath Falls.  Arrested and lodged in the Klamath County Jail were LUIS ESTRADA-MADERA, age 19, from Hermiston; JUAN MURILLO VILLARREAL, age 22, from Hermiston; and, EDUARDO SEGURA, age 19, from Newell, California.
