A former Dallas-area OLCC liquor store owner was sentenced today in Polk County Circuit Court under a plea agreement to two counts of Aggravated Theft in the First Degree. Sentencing came following a previous plea of no contest to these charges.

-
Count #1: Five (5) years formal probation and pay restitution in the amount of $153,008.35.
-

A one year Oregon State Police (OSP) investigation, with the assistance of OLCC and Secretary of State Audits Division, discovered approximately $180,000.00 of sales profits was missing from his Dallas-area OLCC liquor store.
All questions regarding this investigation will be directed to the Polk County District Attorney's Office.
